Zubin Saxena, a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the global hospitality
industry, currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Regional Head for Hilton-South Asia.
In this pivotal role, based at the Hilton corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, he leads a team of
3,500 plus team members across 26 hotels, steering growth and enhancing Hilton brand's
presence in South Asia.
Zubin, an alumnus of the University of Glasgow, holds a master’s degree in business
administration where he graduated with distinction. Before joining Hilton, he carved a
distinguished career with leading brands, notably serving as the Managing Director and Area
Senior Vice President at Radisson Hotel Group for eight successful years, showcasing
consistent leadership excellence. His journey also features pivotal roles at InterContinental
Hotels Group, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, and HVS New York, where he demonstrated
expertise in strategic development, operations, and advisory capacities. Commencing as a
Management Trainee in 1999, Zubin's career trajectory spans from foundational stages to executive leadership in the hospitality sector, underscoring his exceptional leadership, strategic
foresight, and profound understanding of the industry's dynamics.
Beyond his professional role, Zubin is also an active member of various industry bodies such as Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Hotel Association of India (HAI), India Leadership Council (ILC) and so forth. Zubin has also been recognized with several prestigious accolades throughout his career journey. He featured in "The Economic Times 40 under Forty – India’s Hottest Business Leaders List" in 2019.
