Zubin Saxena, a seasoned veteran with over two decades of experience in the global and Indian hospitality industry, currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Country Head for Hilton-India. In this pivotal role, based at the Hilton corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, he leads a team of 3500 plus team members across 25 hotels, steering growth and enhancing Hilton brand’s presence in 15 Indian cities.
Before joining Hilton, Zubin carved a distinguished career with leading brands, notably serving as the Managing Director and Area Senior Vice President at Radisson Hotel Group for eight successful years, showcasing consistent leadership excellence. His journey also features pivotal roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, and HVS, where he demonstrated expertise in strategic development, operations, and advisory capacities.
Beyond his professional role, Zubin actively contributes as a member and advisor to diverse industry bodies. Zubin has also been recognized with prestigious accolades, including Hospitality Professional of the Year at PATWA, ITB Berlin (2023), and the title of Inspirational Hospitality Leader by the Indian Hospitality Council in 2023. Notably, he was featured in “The Economic Times 40 under Forty – India’s Hottest Business Leaders List” in 2019. When not working, Zubin can be found on the golf course, learning self-discipline and patience from the sport’s strategic challenges.
