Dillip Rajakarier is responsible for the company’s overarching strategy across all business units, including the corporate shared services of legal, IT and finance, as well as talent development and business culture. He is tasked with expanding the company’s core businesses: hospitality, restaurants and lifestyle, into globally recognized leaders. In 2018, he oversaw the acquisition of NH Hotel Group which grew Minor Hotels’ portfolio from 161 properties to over 530 today across Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe, South America, Africa & the Indian Ocean.
