Sujjain Talwar is a co-founding Partner of ELP. With over 30 years of experience, he is a qualified Solicitor in India as well as England
and Wales.
Sujjain has been instrumental in developing ELP’s hospitality practice and has acted (usually for owners) in several hotel transactions involving almost every international hotel operator in India. He also serves as an Independent Director on boards of some of India’s leading companies.

Hotel Financing advises regularly on day-to-day issues in this sector including those that affect the industry as a whole.
