She has led and successfully transacted over 35+ million sq. ft. of prime office space for Corporate Occupiers, including lease acquisitions, renegotiations, asset dispositions, sub- leasing etc. Shweta’s inherent strengths lie in innovative deal structuring, client servicing and relationship management; She is a trusted advisor to both developers and occupier clients across India office markets. 

On the personal front, She is a mother of two lovely kids, and counts them as her greatest and most satisfying accomplishments till date! She is also a student golfer and has trained in social dancing earlier in her life. She is a people enthusiast and loves to network. She has held various Initiatives on the diversity and inclusion front in her previous organisations. She has been awarded with “Exceptional woman of excellence” by the Women Economic Forum in 2019.
