A board member since October 2024, Shwetank now also serves as MD & CEO-designate under a structured succession plan endorsed by the Board, with transition slated to take effect on 1st February 2026. This is a reflection of his successful track record in scaling assets, partnerships, and operational efficiencies across premium hospitality platforms.

An alumnus of the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi, with an MBA in Finance and Marketing, Shwetank also holds a bachelor’s degree from IIT. Before CHL, Shwetank led Golden Sands LLC (Arenco Real Estate) in Dubai, managing multi-brand hospitality assets across Hilton, Marriott and Taj with full P&L responsibilities. He previously spearheaded development and asset management at InterGlobe Hotels and held senior roles at Premier Inn India, overseeing expansion, sales, service quality, and governance.
