Santosh Kumar
In his role as Country Head, Indian sub-continent & Indonesia, Santosh Kumar plays a critical role in driving business growth, strategy and operations across one of the most dynamic regions for the company. A seasoned leader, Santosh brings over a decade of leadership experience from the travel and hospitality industry.
Santosh joined Booking.com in July 2022 and was previously Managing Director, Indian subcontinent at HRS Group, a global SaaS-based corporate travel accommodation technology provider.
He has also worked at American Express Global Business Travel and has extensive consultancy experience working with Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), Deloitte, Collabera and Diamond Management and Technology Consultants in USA and India. Santosh holds a Masters degree from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Indian School of Business. He is passionate about driving sustainability in the travel industry. In his free time, Santosh likes to travel, watch sports and experience the unadulterated joy of parenthood with his son.
