Rohit Khattar is the Founder Chairman of Old World Hospitality, Ltd., a company that operates 30 restaurants, 2 hotels, and India’s most comprehensive performing arts and convention center. He is credited with many “firsts” in the restaurant industry as well as creating a viable public private partnership in the performing arts for over 20 years.

His restaurant, Indian Accent (www.indianaccent.com) in New Delhi is the only restaurant from India on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Additionally, he has opened Indian Accent in New York in 2016 and in London in 2017.

Rohit was featured amongst “The Big 10 of the F&B Industry” and amongst “the 99 superstars who changed lives across India” by TimeOut. His accomplishments have awarded him the “IFCA Award of Excellence” by the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations in appreciation of his outstanding contribution to the development of the culinary profession and society.

Rohit is a graduate of Michigan State University where he completed a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (now Hospitality Business) from the Eli Broad College of Business in 1985. He currently resides in New Delhi with his family.
