  • Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the sole responsibility of the delegates.
  • On successful registration, you may avail of special tariffs offered by our partner hotels for accommodation. These exclusive rates are available only to registered delegates on our website.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

  • Requests received till December 31, 2024, will be subject to a cancellation fee of ₹ 2,500
  • Requests received ⁠after December 31, 2024, till February 10, 2025, will be subject to a cancellation fee of ₹ 7,500
  • We regret no refund will be made for cancellation requests received after February 10, 2025.
  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the refund request along with the required documents.
