Rashna Kapadi leads the South Asia region for Radisson Hotel Group as Design and Technical Director, overseeing design, feasibility, supporting business development and safeguarding the brand standards and guidelines.
With over 26 years of experience, she has held senior leadership roles with Chalet Hotels, KRC Group, Design, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, and IMK Architects, delivering large-scale hospitality, mixed-use, corporate interiors, and urban projects across the complete value chain. Her work has been recognized with prestigious honors, including the Mahindra Group Design Thinking Award in Milan and the Charles Correa Gold Medal. A strong advocate of “design with purpose,” she focuses on creating spaces that are memorable, cost-effective, operationally efficient, and deeply human. Beyond her professional work, she actively contributes to education, social initiatives, and community engagement.
