Rakhee Lalvani
Rakhee Lalvani till recently served as Vice President – Global Public Relations and Corporate
Communications, Indian Hotels Company Limited that is better known as – Taj; where she worked
full time for three decades, and her responsibilities included macro-PR on a global scale for over 200
properties and working with the CEO on executing the company’s corporate communications
strategies. Additionally, she was given the task of driving Diversity and Inclusion for the entire
company.
Rakhee currently works in the capacity of a consultant with Indian Hotels and leads the
Diversity and Inclusion agenda. Passionate about D&I, Rakhee’s vision is to enable women, people
with disabilities, and other marginalized sections of society to join the workforce, where each one
can bring their whole selves and make a difference. Founder of a communications consulting firm,
she also consults with organizations and communications agencies on strategic communications for
tourism boards, and other organizations.
