Rahul Pandit is the Managing Director & CEO of Advent Hotels International Limited, the hospitality business set to be demerged from Valor Estate Limited. The portfolio comprises Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott-flagged operating and under-development assets, including India’s largest integrated hospitality development at Delhi Aerocity.

Previously, Rahul was the CEO of Blackstone’s Horizon Industrial Parks, MD & CEO of Warburg Pincus’ Hamstede Living, MD & CEO of TATA Group’s Ginger Hotels, and President & ED of Lemon Tree Hotels.

He is also an Independent Director at Ixigo. Rahul was a member of the 1988 Indian Karate Team and is currently a Member of the CII National Committee on Tourism & the CII National Committee on Logistics.
