Rahul Pandit is the MD & CEO of Advent Hotels International, a portfolio owner of Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt-flagged operating and under-development assets, including India’s largest integrated hospitality development at Delhi Aerocity.

He was previously the CEO of Blackstone’s logistics platform, Horizon Industrial Parks; co-founder and CEO of Warburg Pincus’ rental housing joint venture, Hamstede Living; MD & CEO of Tata Group’s Ginger Hotels; and President & Executive Director at Lemon Tree Hotels.

Rahul currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Ixigo and is a member of CII’s National Committees on Tourism and Logistics. He is also a member of the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s Economic Advisory Group.
