Co-Founding Indian School of Hospitality, Prahlad has driven the entrepreneurial side of ISH
from the very beginning and played a crucial role in pushing the institute to be recognised as
India’s leading hospitality business school. Over the years, Prahlad has played key roles in
several start-up businesses in the areas of film and media, information technology,
technology-enabled interior design & architecture, business intelligence and education.
At Indian School of Hospitality, Prahlad leads the strategy for revenue and marketing and has led
the business’ growth, expansion and development. He has also been a key driver in ISH’s
partnership with Sommet Education, the global leader in hospitality and culinary education. In
addition to the many hats he wears at ISH, Prahlad’s true passion lies in working with and
mentoring young entrepreneurs to enable them to pursue their very own start-up aspirations. He
is an avid golfer and likes to spend any free time available to him on the golf course.
