Kavita Ahuja is a Director in Raj Chopra & Company Private Limited, owning two prestigious hotels with global recognition under name & style as JW Marriott Mussoorie, Walnut Grove Resort & Spa and JW Marriott, Goa. With continued focus on the hospitality division the Group is planning more assets in coming years.
After completion of her graduation in English Honors from University of Delhi, she joined her family business under the guidance and supervision of her father. Her hard work and leadership qualities have taken the flagship of Competent Group to the next level. Kavita manages a staff force of 3000 people under the umbrella of The Competent Group. True believer of harnessing teamwork while the company is looking at further expansion. Parallelly she is a family person who dedicatedly plays the role of a great mother and a devoted wife.
