He leads the Mars Wrigley business for India, which includes chocolate, fruity confection, gums and mints. Kalpesh is a member of Mars Wrigley’s Global Emerging Markets Leadership team.
A long-term professional with over two decades of experience in the FMCG industry, he brings significant management and leadership experience to his present role.
Kalpesh has gained rich global experience and insights having worked in countries South Korea, Singapore, Dubai, Turkey, Nigeria, and India, with specific focus on business development, brand building, route to market, e-commerce, and capability building. Prior to joining Mars Wrigley in January 2020, Kalpesh was associated with Unilever for over 12 years where he led several roles and responsibilities including as designated CEO for South Korea, Pacific Islands and Mongolia.
Before joining Unilever, Kalpesh had spent some time at Gillette and Marko in India. Kalpesh is an alumnusof Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Batch of 1998.
Kalpesh lives in Gurgaon. As a proponent of health and wellness, he gives top priority to fitness of self, family and colleagues. During leisure, he loves to spend time with his family, read, travel, and experiment with diverse cuisine.
