Jatin Khanna is a distinguished leader and visionary in the hospitality industry, bringing over 25
years of in-depth experience in hotel operations, brand development, and strategic
management. Over a period, he has honed expertise in operational excellence and
management services, consistently delivering results that align with guest & stakeholder
expectations. His career includes leadership roles with some of the world’s most renowned
hotel chains, including serving as Vice President – North India, Bhutan, and Nepal at Marriott
Hotels, and Vice President of Operations for Hilton Hotels, India. His extensive experience
encompasses both international and domestic markets, including the UK, Hong Kong, China,
Thailand, the Philippines, and numerous cities across India.
In 2022, Jatin took the helm as Chief Executive Officer of Sarovar Hotels, where he has been
instrumental in accelerating the group’s ambitious growth trajectory. Under his leadership,
Sarovar has strengthened its position as a leader in the mid-market hospitality sector and is
actively setting the stage for new industry benchmarks through strategic initiatives & growth.
The group now boasts a portfolio of 150 hotels across more than 87 destinations in India,
Nepal, and Africa – catering to both business and leisure travelers. Under his capable leadership,
Sarovar has achieved a strong double-digit growth and forecasting a 17% CAGR (2022-2025)
moving forward.
