ABOUT HVS FLAGSHIP

HVS FLAGSHIP (Future Leaders Annual Group Submission Hospitality Industry Project)
is an HVS global annual initiative led by the HVS India office. - It is a group-based program designed for undergraduate students from a select group of esteemed Hospitality Schools around the world. The principal aim of this annual program is to provide students, who are the industry’s future leaders, the opportunity to present their vision and creative expression on a trending industry topic each year.
- The program envisages a rich learning opportunity and valuable exposure for students through meaningful research and innovation, competing globally with top hotel school peers and interacting with esteemed academicians and international hospitality leaders in the Jury. The Top 2 projects will also be viewed and evaluated by over 350 global hospitality leaders at the HOPE 2024 summit.

HVS FLAGSHIP will encourage students to think of creative solutions for a real industry scenario, from conducting research
and developing evidence-based results to applying innovative foresight for new services and technology. -
The HVS FLAGSHIP winning team will receive USD 7500 along with a Winner’s citation.
The Runners-up will receive a Runners-Up citation.

This year’s topic:
"Luxury Hospitality Redefined: Reinvent the concept of luxury in the hospitality industry,
focusing on personalized experiences, customization, and integrating exclusivity with accessibility.” -
Evaluation Process:
The Teams and their Presentations would be judged through two rounds. - • Jury Assessment (75% weightage): The participating teams will present their idea to the Jury.

• Audience Rating at HOPE 2024 (25% weightage): Video presentations of the top two teams shortlisted by the Jury
will be shown to delegates at the HVS ANAROCK HOPE 2024 summit to be held on 15th and 16th February 2024 for their rating.
