Gaurav Pokhariyal is the Executive Vice President – Human Resources at the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL). An industry veteran, Gaurav brings to the table three decades of prolific hands-on experience and an in-depth understanding of operational as well as people processes. In his current role, he handles all people operations at IHCL with a focus on strategic and innovative initiatives relating to organizational culture, business excellence, people enablement and employee centricity. An alumnus of IHM PUSA, he also holds an MBA in International Hospitality – Marketing and Innovation from the Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland.
