Gaurav Bhushan
Gaurav Bhushan has over 25 years of experience in hospitality, leisure and tourism. He began
his career with Accor in Australia, holding various positions in operations, finance and
development until he became Global Chief Development Officer for the group in 2015. Accor
is one of the world’s largest hotel groups with over 5,000 hotels operating in 135 countries.
With a portfolio of 55 brands, Accor opens around 1 hotel per day worldwide.
In October 2021, Gaurav became co-CEO of global lifestyle hospitality company, Ennismore, a joint venture with Accor, which has 17 brands. Present in over 35 countries, Ennismore is the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality group, with 180+ open hotels and 120+ in the pipeline, as well as over 500 restaurants.
In October 2021, Gaurav became co-CEO of global lifestyle hospitality company, Ennismore, a joint venture with Accor, which has 17 brands. Gaurav is also the Chairman of Accor India. Accor today is a leading player in the Indian
hospitality landscape with over 70 hotels in operation and over 30 in the pipeline with
brands such as Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure and Ibis.
Gaurav is a board member of Ennismore & Banyan Tree, and Accor’s Luxury & Lifestyle Executive Committee. He is also a board member of the Dubai International Chamber.
Gaurav holds an MBA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) and a postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance & investment from the Securities Institute of Australia (SIA).
