growth of Royal Orchid Hotels. A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, he
blends strong academic grounding with a practical, forward-looking approach to hospitality. At Royal
Orchid Hotels, one of India’s leading hotel chains, he has helped drive expansion, innovation, and
partnerships that have strengthened the brand’s presence across the country.
He is also the founder of ICONIQA, an upscale lifestyle hospitality brand created for today’s modern
traveller. ICONIQA focuses on bringing together global design, Indian warmth, and a sense of
community to build experiences that go beyond just a stay. Arjun’s vision is to carry forward the
legacy of Royal Orchid while shaping ICONIQA into a brand that looks firmly to the future.
