Amanpreet Bajaj
Amanpreet Bajaj is the General Manager (India, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan) at Airbnb. He is responsible for the growth of Airbnb in India, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as overseeing operations for the Indian market. He has been a successful entrepreneur and brings with him years of rich experience in Indian digital space. He co-founded Letsbuy.com (India’s leading online electronics retailer at that time) in 2010 that was acquired by Flipkart.com in 2012 creating significant value for his investors and employees.
During this journey Amanpreet managed cross-functional teams across locations, heading the strategy and operations of the business with primary focus on growth of the ecommerce business. His professional career also includes a stint with Ernst & Young as a Consultant, working with teams across varied sectors. Amanpreet is also considered as a thought leader and often seen at industry forums as a speaker, mentor and networker with a single passion to grow the digital ecosystem in India. He has been featured as one of the promising “40 Under 40” Leaders by Fortune Magazine for 2 years in a row in 2017 and 2018. Amanpreet lives in Gurgaon.
