Ajay Vij is the Country Managing Director of Accenture in India, with responsibilities of leading key company priorities – including talent-led growth, innovation, learning and development, and sustainability. He chairs the India Executive Council and is also a member of Accenture’s Global Operations Council.
He joined the company in 2006 and has since held several roles in the company, which have shaped Accenture India’s growth story as a thriving nerve center for innovation, unmatched talent, and growth. In his most recent role, he was leading the Corporate Services & Sustainability practice for Accenture in India, powering strategic insights and innovative services to support the company’s people, operations, and clients every day.
Ajay started his professional journey in the hospitality industry (Oberoi Hotels) before switching to the IT industry in 2001, as Director of Operations for the Outsourced Services Division of Talisma Corporation. Subsequently, he joined the parent company, Aditi Technologies, as Vice President of their Business Development division.
Ajay believes in the power of the collective and rallies everyone toward shared success.
