Rohit Dar is Vice President & Head of South Asia, The Ascott Limited, where he leads the company’s growth strategy and business operations across the region. With over three decades of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Rohit brings deep operational expertise and a strong track record of driving performance across globally respected brands.

Prior to joining Ascott, Rohit was the Senior Regional Director of Operations at Hilton India, where he oversaw a multi-brand portfolio across key markets in South India, driving operational and commercial growth while strengthening owner relationships. Earlier, he led key properties as General Manager with Marriott International. Rohit began his career with The Oberoi Group, where he spent 18 years across operational and corporate leadership roles.
