Panchshil Realty, where he drove strategic growth, strengthened operational frameworks, and forged
impactful partnerships with globally renowned hotel and lifestyle brands.
His expertise spans hotel asset management, brand development, revenue optimization, and operational excellence. Recognized for his strategic insights and industry perspective, Ranjit is an active voice in hospitality forums and leadership dialogues. Under his stewardship, Ventive Hospitality is positioned for sustained growth, strong stakeholder value creation, and market leadership as it expands its footprint across India and the Indian Ocean. He began his career with the Oberoi Group of Hotels in India, and is an entrepreneur who has built and led hospitality ventures. He is an alumnus of both the Institut Hôtelier César Ritz, Switzerland, and the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, New Delhi—foundations that continue to inform his leadership and vision for Ventive Hospitality’s future.
