Kiran Andicot is the Regional Vice President of Hotel Development of South Asia for Marriott International. Kiran and his team are tasked with growing Marriott International’s lodging portfolio across India, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, and Bangladesh, currently comprising 150+ hotels. Kiran has been responsible for signing 137 hotel management contracts (21,962 rooms) in South Asia, both in his individual capacity and as a team lead.
Kiran joined Marriott International in 2006 in their development planning and feasibility department. Before joining Marriott, he worked with the real estate and hospitality consulting division of Ernst & Young in Dubai and, before that, with HVS International in New Delhi. Before HVS, he spent over seven years working in hotel operations with the Taj and Oberoi group at various locations in India. Kiran is an alumnus of the Oberoi School of Hotel Management (now OCLD), Delhi.
