SUJÁN
Jaisal Singh is an Author, Conservationist and Entrepreneur. He is the Founder and Chairman of SUJÁN, an experiential, responsible, positive impact hotel group with three award winning tented camps in India, which have consistently been rated among the best in the world for the past two decades. He is an elected Vice-President and Member of the Executive Committee, global Board of Directors of Relais & Chateaux – the world's most prestigious association of approximately 550 independent hotels and restaurants spread across 65 countries. He holds the distinction of being the youngest person, and the only Indian ever to be elected to that position.
Jaisal is Vice Chairman of the Executive Board, and Director, Group Supervisory Board of 'ANAND', a conglomerate of 19 companies, with 12 global joint ventures that employs over 16,000 people in India. He is Co-Chairman of the USD 500 million Mando India Automotive Limited.

He was recently appointed Patron of the Conscious Travel Foundation in the United Kingdom. He is also a Member of The Government of Rajasthan’s Standing Committee for Wildlife, and the State Board for Wildlife, chaired by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan. He is also a Special Invitee to the State Wildlife Board of Punjab.

He was a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry's National Committee on Tourism 2016-2017. Jaisal is Chairman, Rules Committee, Indian Polo Association; the National governing body of the sport. He is a keen Polo player, having played up to a handicap of +2, and has done so across the world. He was a member of the legendary 'Jodhpur' team from 1994 to 2005. He now fields his own team, the SUJÁN Tigers.

Jaisal is the author or co-author of four books: 'Polo in India' – a definitive history of the sport in India; Ranthambhore – The Tiger's Realm’; 'JAWAI – Land of the Leopard'; The Magical Mara, a family safari.

He is a student of military history and his articles on the subject, as well on wildlife, have been published in India's mainstream daily newspapers.
